Simply said….I’m overwhelmed!  What do the “streets of Philly” really need?  What is it that we are supposed to “uniquely bring” to Philadelphia?  The birthing of a church is physically, mentally and spiritually full of STRESS!!!!  And the things I’m doing right now are hardly noticed at all.  It’s just a bunch of time consuming and tedious work that will never make “Front Page News” during the church plant process, but will be the “foundation” of the hands and feet of Jesus through the ministry of Celebration Philly.  Yes, there are many enjoyable parts of the beginning processes and we’ll continue to share those during our journey.

One of the interesting things is watching others contemplate whether or not “you’re for real” and then trying to sell them on the dream God has birthed in your heart.  It does take many types of support and one of the biggest types of support—financial—–is the area that so many are struggling with right now.  But back down—-NEVER.  I’m more focused than ever and God has given me much PEACE in regards to those who will partner with us….It’s going to be an amazing experience watching individuals realize that God wants them to be a part–I’ve already witnessed it….and it Blows MY MIND!  I’ll share more later…..
